When you use ConvexAI™, you may paste or upload conversations (text or screenshots). If you create an account, we also store your email address and account preferences. Payment information is handled securely by PayPal — we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
Conversations you submit are processed by our AI systems to generate reply suggestions and conversation analysis. For logged-in users, saved conversations are stored so you can revisit your history. We may also use anonymized conversation data to improve product quality and model performance.
3. Your Control Over Data
You can delete your saved conversations at any time from your History panel. Deleted conversations are removed from active storage and are no longer accessible through your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share private conversations with third parties for marketing purposes. AI processing is performed via secure server-side APIs; your data is not exposed to unauthorized services.
5. Security
Account data and saved conversations are protected by industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure authentication. Access to your saved data is restricted to your account only.
6. Sensitive Information
While we take security seriously, we recommend that you avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or intimate medical details) through the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ConvexAI™ after changes means you accept the revised policy.
