ConvexAI™ is an AI-powered reply coach. We analyze conversations you paste or upload and generate suggested replies, strategic advice, and tone variations. These outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only.
2. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you use the replies and suggestions generated by ConvexAI™. You decide whether to send a suggestion, edit it, or discard it. ConvexAI™ does not send messages on your behalf.
3. No Guarantees
AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be perfect, appropriate for every situation, or effective in every context. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service.
4. Not Professional Advice
ConvexAI™ is not a substitute for professional advice. It is not therapy, legal counsel, medical advice, or any other form of professional service. Do not rely on ConvexAI™ outputs for decisions that require qualified professional judgment.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use ConvexAI™ for abuse, spam, harassment, illegal activities, or to generate content that violates applicable laws or platform terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions grant access to unlimited features while the subscription is active. If your subscription ends, premium features will no longer be available. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are handled through our payment provider.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the conversations you input. You are free to use the generated replies however you choose. The ConvexAI™ brand, software, and underlying technology remain our property.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ConvexAI™ after changes means you accept the revised terms.
